Privacy and cookie disclosure.

This website uses essential storage to run the site, preserve booking attribution, and remember privacy choices. Analytics and Meta advertising are separate choices, both off until you allow them.

Analytics

Google Tag Manager manages our optional tags and may load when you allow analytics or Meta advertising. Google Analytics is enabled only when you allow analytics, and may send events such as booking search counts, link clicks, and corporate form state. Corporate lead events do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, notes, or company names.

Meta advertising

If you allow Meta advertising, Meta may receive page visits on our public marketing pages for advertising measurement and retargeting. This is separate from Google Analytics. Essential only and Allow analytics do not authorize Meta advertising.

This optional website tracking records page views only. It does not add booking or payment events, form-field capture, or customer identifiers. The booking page and Cloudbeds are separate; their privacy practices are not changed by these website choices. Meta may use cookies and browser information when you allow its tracking. See Meta’s privacy policy.

After you allow Meta advertising, supported campaign links are shown without their campaign parameters before Meta page-view tracking starts. Existing booking and analytics attribution is kept separately. We do not send those raw campaign values as Meta event parameters.

Booking handoff

The booking form passes selected dates, adults, and children to Cloudbeds. Live rates, inventory, payment, and booking confirmation remain inside Cloudbeds.

Corporate enquiries

Corporate enquiry forms collect the information you choose to submit so Hotel Palacio can handle your enquiry. Form contents are not part of the Meta page-view events described above.

Choices

Open Privacy choices on the website to manage Analytics and Meta advertising independently. Turn a choice off to withdraw immediately; turn it on and select Save choices to allow it. Essential only turns both off. Withdrawal stops further Meta page-view tracking on this website; it does not erase information already received by Meta. We remember the choices in this browser. If saved choices cannot be read, optional tracking stays off until you choose again.
