What You Will Do

You will help create rooms that feel calm, clean, and cared for.

You work with precision and speed to clean rooms, restock items, and prepare each space for the next guest.

You will be responsible for:

• Making beds and cleaning bathrooms
• Keeping hallways and public areas clean
• Noticing if something is broken or missing, and reporting it
• Working with a checklist — step by step — every shift

What We Look For

• You’ve worked in cleaning, hotel, or housekeeping before
• You care about doing things right, even when no one is looking
• You are calm, polite, and respectful — always
• You show up on time, every day
• You are ok with working on weekends and holidays if needed
• You understand basic Dutch or English instructions

What You’ll Learn

We will train you in the Hotel Palacio system:

• How to clean a room the Palacio way
• How to follow a checklist from start to finish
• How to speak and act in a calm, respectful way — even when it’s busy
